The daily Challenge (content) is unlocked based on the pacing option you choose in your profile when first signing up. Pacing lets you customize the best approach to match your learning style. Some people are great at keeping up with new content every day while others prefer to have a day or two to complete the content so they don't fall behind!

If you select 30 day option you will receive a daily email/text and new content will be opened every day.

If you select the 60 day option you will receive an email and text every other day and content will be unlocked every other day.

If you select the 90 day option you will receive an email and text every third day and content will be unlocked every three days.

Choose an option that is best for your learning style and what is realistic for you!

All the content is the same the only difference is the pace in which you receive the content. Once you have made your selection and started the Challenge you can not change your pacing option.

Once you have selected your pacing option in your profile, you can not change your pacing option. You will receive your daily email and text based on your selection. Remember, the content stays open to you so you do not necessarily need to complete the Mindfulness Challenge in a certain amount of time.

The content for each pacing option is the same. The only difference is the frequency with which you receive the 30 lessons.

You will have access to the full curriculum of content for 12 months after your start date if you are an individual user. If you are registered through your organization, you will have access to the content for as long as your organization's MWU license is active.

Totally ok! It is best to choose a pacing option that best suits your learning style. You can share and stay in touch no matter what day you are on.
